For generations, Flat Ridge Baptist Church has been a light in the Cana, Virginia community — a place where faith and family come together. From humble beginnings to today’s growing congregation, we remain devoted to our mission of helping people know Jesus Christ and make Him known.

Through worship, study, fellowship, and service, we continue to build upon a foundation of faith laid by those who came before us. Our story is one of grace, community, and the unchanging love of God at work in everyday lives.

Our mission is simple but powerful:

To glorify God by leading people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

We do this through worship, discipleship, fellowship, and service — encouraging one another to live out our faith in ways that bless our community and bring honor to God.

Our Beliefs

At Flat Ridge Baptist Church, we believe:

What to Expect

Visiting a new church can feel uncertain — we want to make it easy.
At Flat Ridge Baptist, you’ll find a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a congregation that truly cares. Our worship services feature a blend of traditional and contemporary music, followed by a Bible-based message you can apply to everyday life.

Children are welcome, with Sunday School available before the service. Whether you come dressed in jeans or your Sunday best, you’ll be greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home.
